By purchasing artwork from TRUSS LANE, the customer agrees to the following sales terms and conditions.

1. MADE-TO-ORDER ARTWORKS

All prints and artworks offered by TRUSS LANE are produced upon order and handled with great care to ensure the highest quality standards.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

2. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

TRUSS LANE does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

This policy applies to:

Open edition prints

Limited edition prints

Signed artworks

Framed or customized orders

International orders

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product details, dimensions, framing options, and shipping information before completing their purchase.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

In the event that an order arrives damaged or the incorrect item is received, customers must contact TRUSS LANE within 7 days of delivery.

Requests must include:

Order number

Clear photographs of the packaging

Clear photographs of the artwork and any damage

If the claim is validated, TRUSS LANE may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the artwork

Offer store credit

Provide an alternative solution deemed appropriate

Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish resulting from screen displays or the fine art printing process do not constitute defects.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

TRUSS LANE ships internationally.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

Production timelines

Shipping carriers

Customs processing

Destination country

TRUSS LANE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applicable in their country.

5. ARTWORK REPRESENTATION

We strive to represent all artworks as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur depending on:

Screen calibration

Device displays

Printing surfaces

Lighting conditions

These variations are considered normal within fine art printing practices.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artworks, photographs, films, designs, and visual content remain the intellectual property of TRUSS LANE and/or the respective artist.

The purchase of a print does not transfer reproduction or commercial rights.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
